Hon'ble Abhinava Upadhya,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Sanjay Chaturvedi, learned counsel appearing for respondents no.3 and 4 as well as the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State- respondents.
The petitioner claims himself to be a contractual employee, who was engaged for a period of three months in the year 2006.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even after the expiry of three months petitioner continued from April 2009 to August 2011 but was not paid his remuneration for the aforesaid period.
Such a claim is being put forward in 2018, which is barred by gross laches. Learned counsel for the petitioner has not been able to show whether the contract was ever extended after the initial contract.
That being the case, no relief can be granted to the petitioner.
The writ petition is totally mis-conceived and it is, accordingly, dismissed.
