Heard Shri Subhash Gosain, learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Abhishek Srivastava, learned counsel for the respondents no.2 & 3 and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent no.1. Shri Monoj Kumar Srivastava has accepted notice on behalf of the respondents no.4 to 8.
The petitioner in the writ petition is seeking a direction to the respondents to prepare his service book. According to him his services have been regularized but till date his service book has not been prepared.
No useful purpose would be served by keeping this writ petition pending.
The writ petition is, therefore, disposed of with the consent of the learned counsel for the parties with the direction that if the petitioner prefers a fresh representation before the respondents no.8, Executive Engineer, Electricity Distribution Division-II, Purvanchal Vidhyut Vitran Nigam Ltd., Aam Ghat, District Ghazipur under whom the petitioner is stated to be working raising all his grievances as raised in the present writ petition within a period of 15 days from today alongwith the certified copy of this order, the respondent no.8 shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law within a further period of one month.
It is made clear that the Court has not adjudicated the claim of the petitioner on merits.
