Heard Sri Kamlesh Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents.
By means of this writ petition, the petitioner submits that in his application filed under Section 116 of the Nagar Mahapalika Adhiniyam, arguments etc. has been concluded, but the same has not been decided and the mutation of the petitioners is still pending. The petitioner claim to be owner of the house. The description of the property has been mentioned in paragraph 3 of the writ petition.
In case the petitioner's application under Section 116 of the Act has been filed in accordance with law, an appropriate order be passed on the same without unnecessary delay.
The writ petition stands disposed of.
