This petition for writ is preferred to have following reliefs:
"I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents-authorities not to enter the orders of Chankbandi Court in the khatauni of Village Oran, Tehsil Attara, District Banda and delete the entries made by Chakbandi Court pertaining to khatauni of Village Oran, Tehsil Attara, District Banda, within stipulated period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble court.
II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents-authorities to implement the order dated 07.06.2016, passed by the respondent no.2- Consolidation Commissioner, Uttar Pradesh Government, Lucknow (Annexure No.4 to this writ petition) strictly in accordance with law.
III. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents-authorities to direct the respondent no.2-Consolidation Commissioner, Uttar Pradesh Government, Lucknow to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 17.08.2020 (Annexure No.9 to the writ petition)."
This petition is absolutely based on apprehensions as no revenue entries as apprehended by the petitioner are yet entered.
In view of it, we are not inclined to interfere in the matter. The petitioner may be having cause only after having the revenue entries recorded in the revenue records.
The writ petition hence is dismissed.
