Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State and also perused the records.
Grievance of the petitioner is that the Suit being Case No.T202005440304984, Rajendra Vs. Ramayan and Others, under Section 116(1) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, was not being decided. A prayer, therefore, has been made for a direction to decide the aforesaid suit expeditiously.
Learned Standing Counsel states that all endeavour shall be made to decide the aforesaid suit.
Without entering into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the Suit being Case No.T202005440304984, Rajendra Vs. Ramayan and Others, under Section 116(1) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, be decided, unless there is any legal impediment, within a period of six months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order. Copy of this order would be duly certified by the petitioner's counsel.
With the aforesaid observations/directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
