Report of O.S.D. (Criminal) based upon the report of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buduan indicates that the sole appellant -Rajendra had expired 6 years ago and in this regard, an enquiry was conducted with respect to the death of the appellant- Rajendra as per circular of this Court. Hence on account of death of above mentioned appellant, the appeal has lost its efficacy.
Accordingly, the appeal on behalf of the appellant-Rajendra stands abated.
