Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the District Inspector of Schools, the third respondent herein states that subject to verification of all facts and contentions on merits being left open, the prayer for approval of appointment of class IV employee shall be duly attended to and disposed of by the said respondent and final decision communicated with expedition and preferably within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
Accordingly, this petition shall stand disposed of in light of the statement noted above.
