Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the State respondent.
The writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief -
i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent/ Sub-Divisional Officer, Handia, Prayagraj to decide the case No.T201702323042297 (Sant Baksh Singh Vs. Gaon Sabha) filed under Section 41 of U.P. Land Revenue Act.;
It has been stated that the case under Section 41 of the U.P. Land Revenue At for demarcation is pending consideration since the year 2014.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.1, Sub Divisional Officer, Handia to endeavour to decide the case of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
