Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Kirtika Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
The petitioner wants an injunction against the private respondent nos. 5 and 6, restraining them from interfering in his peaceful possession of running the brick kiln.
Against private respondents, injunction cannot be granted in writ jurisdiction. However, the appropriate remedy available to the petitioner would be to approach the Civil Court.
We, accordingly, dismiss this writ petition leaving it open to the petitioner to avail proper remedy under law.
