Heard Sri S. K. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Irshad Hussain, learned AGA for the State.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present writ petition has been filed by more than one petitioners but in inadvertently in the title of the case, the name of petitioner no.1, i.e., Rajendra Singh has only been mentioned, hence the present correction application for correct of the order dated 28.08.2018.
The correction application is allowed and the order dated 28.08.2018 is corrected as follows:
1. Let "Title of case, i.e., Petitioner :- Rajendra Singh be deleted, so as to be replaced by Petitioner:- Rajendra Singh and others".
