Learned counsel for the petitioner has shown a letter dated 19.08.2021 in reference to the prayer made by the petitioner.
A bridge at 920 km was sanctioned at downstream of 580 meters and construction has also been carried out. So far as the sanction of another bridge in Gata No. 8 is concerned, recommendation has been made.
In view of the above, the petition has become infructuous and is accordingly dismissed.
