On the matter being taken up, Sri G.K. Singh, Advocate, appearing for the respondents, raised a preliminary objection that the Committee of Management has been elected and thereafter even recognized. It has been further contended that in spite of liberty being given to the incumbents, who are still questioning the validity of the same, after decision is taken by the authority concerned, it is submitted that the petitioner has not challenged the same and even till date there is no such challenge to the aforementioned proceedings, in absence of which requisite relief cannot be accorded.
Confronted with this situation, Sri Tarun Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner, prays for two weeks time to file amendment application. Request made is accepted. Two weeks' time is accorded for the said purpose.
List after two weeks, showing the name of "Sri T.N. Pandey", Advocate, in place of "Sri T.N. Singh" as counsel for the respondents.
