JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Akhtar Husain Khan,J.
Counter affidavit/objection has been filed by the appellant to the affidavit accompanying for condonation of delay in filing the cross objection is taken on record.
Another counter affidavit/objection to the application under Order 41 Rule 27 of Civil Procedure Code has also been filed by the appellant is also taken on record.
Two weeks time is granted to the respondent to file reply to the counter affidavit/objection.
List thereafter.
An application has been filed on behalf of defendant nos. 14 and 15 for deletion of their names from the array of the parties. This application will be considered in due course of time.
