JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Prakash Krishna,J.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance of order of this Court dated 14.02.2012, he has deposited a sum of Rs.1,17,000/- on 26th March, 2012 and monthly installment of Rs.2,700/- on 29th February, 2012.
Learned counsel for the bank prays for and is allowed a week's time to obtain instructions as to whether total out standing installments as on date have been deposited by the petitioner or not.
List in the next cause list.
