Heard Shri Deepak Kumar Jaiswal, learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Ritesh Kumar, learned counsel holding brief of Shri Pradeep Singh, learned counsel for the Gaon Sabha and learned Standing Counsel for the State.
The petitioner claims that the impleadment application filed by him in Case No. 36/1995, Dashmi and others Vs. State and others, has not been decided till date and the same is pending since 22.11.2014. The petitioner claims to be a necessary party to the proceedings.
The court below shall decide the impleadment application of the petitioner within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a computer generated copy of this order, downloaded from the website of High Court, Allahabad. Authority/official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court, Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
The court below shall give an opportunity of hearing to all necessary parties before passing any order in the proceedings.
The writ petition is disposed of.
