Heard Mr. Lalta Prasad and Prabhat Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A. for the State.
By means of the present application filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the applicant has prayed for a direction to the court below, namely, the Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division)-IInd, Jaunpur to expedite the hearing of the Complaint Case No. 1035 of 2016 (Rajendra vs. Nandlal) under Sections 147, 323, 504, 506, 452, 392 and 354 I.P.C., Police Station Machhalishahr, District Jaunpur.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is provided that the Court below shall proceed to decide the above mentioned complaint case with all expedition, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties and by fixing short dates.
With the aforesaid directions, the application is finally disposed of.
