Against the order dated 13.06.2017 by which the names of the respondents no. 4, 5, 6 & 7 were mutated, the petitioner has filed an application for the recalling of that order and for restoring the application to its original number.
It is therefore, directed that the Restoration Application may be decided within one month from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
The writ petition is disposed of.
