Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the third respondent states that the claim of the petitioner for regularization as well as for payment of minimum pay scale shall be duly considered by the said respondent in accordance with law and bearing in mind the decision of the Supreme Court in State of Punjab and Others Vs. Jagjit Singh and others (2017) 1 SCC 148. He further states that the said respondent shall endeavour to dispose of this claim within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
Accordingly and without going into the merits of the claim of the petitioner, this petition shall stand disposed of in light of the statement noted above.
