Ref. Order on Criminal Misc. Correction and Stay Extension Application No. 2 & 3 of 2019.
Heard Sri Brij Raj, learned counsel for the applicants and Sri Sanjay Singh, learned AGA-1 appearing for the State and also perused the record.
The correction and stay extension applications have been moved for correction and stay extension of the order dated 27.11.2008 passed by this Court.
The correction and stay extension application applications are allowed and the order dated 27.11.2008 is corrected as under:
"In 2nd line of 3rd paragraph of the order dated 27.11.2008 the words issue notice to respondent nos.2 to 7, who may file counter affidavit within four weeks are deleted and in its place issue notice to respondent no.2 who may file counter affidavit within four weeks from today are substituted and the same shall be read as such."
It is also provided that interim order, if any, is emended till the next date of listing.
Accordingly the correction and stay extension applications stand disposed off.
