The sole prayer made in the instant petition is for issuance of a direction to the trial Court to decide Original Suit No. 963/1998, expeditiously, within a time stipulated by this Court.
The suit has been filed by the petitioner and is pending since the year 1998. A perusal of the order sheet reveals that so far even the application for temporary injunction has not been disposed of. It reflects a very sorry state of affairs. The trial Court is directed to ensure that the suit is decided expeditiously, having regard to the fact that it is of the year 1998.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
