The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite party for wilful disobedience of the judgement and order dated 06.12.2018 passed in Writ Petition No.12034 of 2018 (Rajendra Prasad Singh Vs. State of U.P. and others).
It is admitted between the parties that the regularization of the petitioner has already been done. Insofar as the pensionery and retiral benefits are concerned, an affidavit of compliance has been filed by Sri K.R. Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel today in the court, the same is taken on record. It is stated in the aforesaid affidavit that relevant amount has been calculated and the same has been credited in the bank account of the applicant through e-payment mode on 24.09.2021. This fact has not been denied by the learned counsel for the applicant.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Since the order of the writ court has been complied with in its letter and spirit, therefore, no further order is required to be passed.
Accordingly, the present contempt application is dismissed.
