Heard Sri Deepak Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Krishna Agarwal, learned counsel for the respondents and learned standing counsel.
Petitioner has filed this writ petition for mandamus directing the respondent no. 3 to connect the 11 K.V. line with the tubewell (7.5 H.P.) of the petitioner and energize the same.
Sri Krishna Agarwal, learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 3 on instruction states that respondent nos. 4 and 5 appear to have been offering resistance for laying over the 11 K.V. line over their land. He fairly submits that authority concerned shall endeavour to find out an alternate option to which the petitioner shall also extend his cooperation. No further orders are required.
Ordered accordingly.
