1. Petitioner claims to have work as a clerk at an industrial establishment being M/s. Modi Rubber Limited. He further claims to be aggrieved by non-payment of arrears of salary as well as his retiral dues. In this regard, he also claims to have filed an application before the Deputy Labour Commissioner, Meerut.
2. While no mandamus may be issued to the respondents with respect to the general claim made by the petitioner, it shall however remain open to the petitioner to file a proper application either under Section 6H (1) or 6H(2) of the U.P. Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, as may be applicable in the facts and circumstances of the case.
3. If such an application is filed within two weeks from today, it is expected that the same may be considered and decided in accordance with law expeditiously.
