1. Heard Sri Ajay Kumar Singh Yadav, Advocate, for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondents.
2. Grievance of petitioner is that there are 65 persons who are ineligible for Antyoday Yojna residing in Village Matwaar, Block Haliya, Tehsil Lalganj, District Mirzapur, but their names are not being deleted and, therefore, mandamus has been sought directing the respondents to delete name of those persons.
3. The very prayer shows that grievance of petitioner is against those 65 persons, who are neither party to writ petition nor this writ petition can be entertained as public interest litigation since there is a specific dispute of petitioner vis-a-vis the said 65 persons and, therefore, the remedy lies to petitioner to implead those persons in appropriate proceedings and thereafter seek remedy in appropriate Forum. This writ petition filed as Public Interest Litigation against 65 private persons is clearly misconceived.
4. Dismissed.
