This petition has been preferred for seeking writ of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 to decide the appeal dated 22.7.2020, as expeditiously as possible.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that no useful purpose would be served by keeping this petition pending, same be disposed of by giving appropriate directions to the authority concerned.
The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent concerned to consider and decide the appeal dated 22.7.2020 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within 6 weeks from today, under intimation to the petitioner.
