This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying to quash the order dated 21.6.2019 on the file of the LXVII Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge, Bengaluru in Crl.A.No.924/2016 in so far as condition to deposit 10 percentage of fine amount as the petitioner has already furnished surety and by producing her valuable immovable property as security in terms of order dated 18.8.2016 pending disposal of the criminal appeal.
These Petitions coming on for Admission this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER After arguing the matter for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners prays this Court to permit him to withdraw the petitions with liberty to prefer an appeal against the order passed by the co-ordinate Bench in a batch of criminal petitions preferred by the petitioners in the earlier occasion and rejected by order dated 08.04.2019.
The submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is placed on record.
The petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. In the event the petitioners are aggrieved by the order dated 08.04.2019 and if the law permits, they are entitled to take recourse to such remedies as available in law.
