After hearing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the writ petition.
The petitioner is a villager and he claims some relief against the respondent nos.5 and 6. Prima facie, the matter appears to be personal dispute in between the petitioner and and respondent nos.5 and 6, the writ petition is not maintainable.
Since the counsel for the petitioner has proposed to withdraw the writ petition, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
