Tripathi, Advocate, holding brief of Sri Mahesh Chandra Joshi, learned counsel for the petitioner states that this petition will be dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy as the petitioner can avail remedy of filing an appeal under Section 3 of the Janhit Guarantee Adhiniyam, 2011, before the first appellate authority.
The petition is dismissed on the above ground.
In the event, the appeal is filed within four weeks from today, the same shall be entertained by the appellate authority without going into the question of limitation.
