1. The only prayer made in writ petition is that petitioner has filed revision before Respondent-2, i.e., Chairman/ Regional Director, U.P. State Agro Industrial Corporation Ltd., Lucknow on 26.04.2017 and more than one year has been passed but no decision has taken thereon till date.
2. Sri V.B. Mishra, learned counsel appearing for respondents, stated that in case aforesaid revision is pending and has not been decided so far, the same would be decided expeditiously.
3. In view of above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction to the Respondent-Competent Authority to consider and decide petitioner's revision dated26.04.2017 by a speaking order within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
