Heard Sri Umesh Kumar holding brief of Sri Surya Bhan Dubey, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
The reliefs claimed in the writ petition read as under:
"1. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents No.2 to decide the application dated 27.12.2018 within specific period fixed by the mandatory provision of law and as per law laid down on the same point by apex court in (2012) 3 SCC 64 Supreme Court cases Dr. Subramanian Swamy Versus Dr. Manmohan Singh pending before respondent No.2.
2. Issue any other suitable writ, order or direction, as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case."
From a reading of the reliefs claimed by the petitioner, we cannot make out head or tail.
We therefore dismiss the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh writ petition seeking proper relief.
