The grievance of the petitioner is that the application dated 20.12.2010 which he had filed for recalling of the order dated 20.12.2010 was not being decided and, therefore, he has approached this Court for a direction that the application dated 20.12.2010 be decided expeditiously.
It is therefore directed that the application dated 20.12.2010 be decided within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
