The sole prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide the application for interim injunction Paper No.6-C pending in Original Suit No.2671 of 2018 expeditiously.
The suit has been instituted by the petitioners for permanent injunction. A perusal of the order sheet reveals that on the last date, the court permitted the plaintiff-petitioners to serve the defendants by publication in newspaper.
Having regard to the above facts, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the trial court to decide the application for temporary injunction expeditiously, soon after the defendants are duly served.
