JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. and perused the record.
Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that in fact the applicant was lifted from his house, regarding which a telegram was sent by the mother of the applicant. Subsequently, the applicant was implicated on the basis of alleged recovery of 270 gram Charas. There was no other case registered against the applicant under the N.D.P.S. Act. However, the applicant is in jail since 22.11.2009. This fact has not been denied by learned AGA. In view of the aforesaid fact without expressing any opinion on merit, let the appellant Rajendra Lodh be released on bail, in case crime no. 337 of 2009, under Section 18/20 N.D.P.S. Act, P.S. Philkhana, District-Kanpur Nagar, on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
