Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel.
Although, this petition challenges an order of suspension dated 11 January 2018, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since charge sheet has already been issued to the petitioner and he has submitted his reply, ends of justice would merit directions being issued to the respondents to conclude the enquiry with expedition.
Learned Standing Counsel states that all endeavour shall be made to conclude the enquiry with expedition and preferably within a period of four months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order alongwith a copy of writ petition and its enclosures.
Accordingly and in light of the statement so made which is recorded and accepted, this petition stands disposed of.
