We have perused the order passed by the learned Single Judge. The appellant has prayed for restoration of the stay order passed in Writ-C No.1834 of 2008. No case for grant of any stay order is made out nor does the matter warrant any interference in the order passed by the learned Single Judge.
The Special Appeal is accordingly dismissed.
