Sri K.R. Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, on instructions from opposite party, states that the G.P.F. amount has been transferred to the account of the applicant on 22.9.2018. He further states that recommendation has been made to the Deputy Director of Education, Saharanpur for issuance of pension payment order and it is likely to be issued shortly. He further states that recommendation has also been made to LIC for payment of insurance amount to the applicant.
Having regard to the above stand taken by the opposite party, the proceedings are dropped at this stage. The contempt application stands disposed of accordingly.
