Perused Office Report dated 21.12.2017 that notices have returned with a remark that appellant-1 "Not met" and appellant-2 "without any postal remarks". Another order was passed on 22.12.2017 for sending fresh notices to appellants to engage another counsel. Perused Office Reports dated 24.11.2018 and 18.12.2018. Notices have not been received back, undelivered or otherwise. Service is deemed sufficient.
