JUDGMENT / ORDER

All that the petitioner prays is for easy instalments to pay the amount due under the compromise decree and to defer the execution sale in the meanwhile. I permit the petitioner to pay the amount due in four equal monthly instalments starting from 01.08.2014.
2. The proceedings for sale shall be put on hold if the petitioner complies with the conditions in time. The sale can go on in execution if anyone of the instalments are defaulted. The respondent is free to apply for review of this judgment if aggrieved by the instalment facility.
