1. Heard learned counsel for parties.
2. This writ petition is totally misconceived as it has been filed against order dated 13.09.2004 requiring petitioner to deposit Rs.798.39 along with interest.
3. Perusal of order dated 13.09.2004 shows that it is only a show cause notice in which petitioner was required to show cause within 15 days or to deposit aforesaid amount. Against a show cause notice, remedy is submitting reply and writ petition against a show cause notice is not maintainable at all.
4. Dismissed accordingly with cost Rs.1000/-.
