Heard Sri Sunil Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Abhishek Srivastava, learned counsel for respondent no. 2 and Ms. Usha Kiran, learned counsel for respondent nos. 3 to 5.
Pursuant to the order dated 17.12.2021, an affidavit has been filed by Ms. Usha Kiran, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 3 to 5. In paragraph 6 of the affidavit, it is stated a sum of Rs.18,83,964/- has already been sent by the Department to the Treasury on 20.12.2021. It is further stated in paragraph 7 that the aforesaid amount has been paid to the petitioner through RTGS on 20.12.2021 and 21.12.2021.
In this view of the matter, the Court is of the opinion that the relief sought in the writ petition has been granted to the petitioner and no further order is required to be passed.
The writ petition is dismissed.
