Learned Standing Counsel submits that the petitioner has assailed the order of transfer dated 19.11.2007. On the instructions received he submits that the petitioner has superannuated from service 30.11.2013.
This instant writ petition appears to have been rendered infructuous by efflux of time. It is dismissed as such.
Interim order, if any, stands discharged.
