Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Ravindra Singh learned counsel appearing on behalf of the contesting respondents.
The petitioner is aggrieved by the non-payment of Provident Fund and Gratuity amount. The petitioner retired on 31.07.2016. He has made several representations with regard to his grievance but his retiral dues have not been paid till date.
Without entering into the merits of the controversy, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2 (The General Manager, Rudra Vilas Kisan Sahkari Chini Mills Ltd., Bilaspur, District Rampur) to look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass a reasoned and speaking order within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
