Rajendra Kumar Ojha vs Kripa Nidhan And 3 Others

The applicant has approached this Court assailing the orders passed by the courts below rejecting the application to appoint Amin Commissioner for the reason that the parties to the lis had earlier disobeyed the order.

The order being purely interlocutory order, this Court in exercise of supervisory jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India declines to interfere in view of the decision of Apex Court rendered in Radhey Shyam and another Vs. Chhabi Nath and others; 2015(3)ADJ 210(SC).

The petition is, accordingly, dismissed.

No order as to costs.
