The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide the application of the petitioner under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC filed in Original Suit No.348 of 2017 within a specified time frame.
A perusal of order sheet reveals that the trial court has invited objection against application under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC and regular dates are being fixed for disposal of the said application.
Having regard to the entire facts, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to make serious endeavour to decide the application under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC expeditiously, by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments, provided there is no legal impediment.
