The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide Original Suit No. 30 of 2011 within stipulated period.
The petitioner is defendant in the suit. It is alleged that the plaintiff is delaying the disposal of the suit by seeking unnecessary adjournments.
Having regard to the fact that the suit is pending since the year 2011, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to make serious endeavour to decide the suit expeditiously by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments.
