Heard counsel for the petitioner, Sri Yashwant Singh, counsel for the Respondent No. 3 and perused the record.
The present writ petition has been filed alleging that the benefits of Assured Career Progression (in short 'ACP') to which the petitioner is entitled in terms of the Government Order dated 3.3.2015 is not being paid to the petitioner despite requests and reminders. It is stated that consideration for payment of ACP is pending before the Respondent No. 3.
Considering the fact that the Respondent No. 3 is seized with the matter, the present writ petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the Respondent No. 3, who shall take a decision thereupon in pursuance of the Government Order dated 3.3.20215 with all expedition in accordance with law preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the same along with a copy of this order.
