Sri Ashish Kumar Gaur, learned counsel for the appellant states that the appeal may be dismissed as not pressed as the entire amount awarded by the Tribunal has already been deposited by the appellant.

Accordingly appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. The amount of Rs.14,000/- deposited before this Court at the time of presentation of the appeal is directed to be remitted to the Tribunal.
