Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the record.
In view of the order proposed to be passed, notices need not issue to the respondent.
The petitioners are before this Court for a direction to the respondent no. 1/Civil Judge (Senior Division), Mirzapur to decide the Execution Case No. 43 of 1995 (Surpati Dev Pandey vs. Kamla Devi) within stipulated period.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Mirzapur to consider and decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of self attested computer generated copy of this order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad but certainly after giving opportunity to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
