1. Leave to amend is granted. Learned advocate for the applicant requested for permission to place on record list of events which inadvertently could not be supplied at the time of filing application. The applicant is permitted to place on record the list of events.
2. Heard Mr. Patel, learned advocate for the applicant and he has submitted that the learned Magistrate has accepted that the applicant's monthly income is only Rs.13,500/- and he has liability of making payment of installment to the cooperative bank and maintaining his parents and that, therefore, the order directing the payment of maintenance at Rs.8,000/- per month on very higher side.
3. Let NOTICE be issued returnable on 11.1.2013.
