Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents and perused the record.
Present petition has been filed with following prayer:-
"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to disposes the petitioner from the land in dispute.
(ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 to decide the representation dated 25.6.2021 pending before him within a stipulated period."
After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.
Accordingly, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to avail the remedy as may be available to the petitioners in accordance with law.
